Refund/ Return and Exchange Policy
For defective or damaged product we have a 7-day return policy. Please contact us via email at info@hopelegacydesigns.com 3 days after receiving your item to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please make sure to contact us before starting any refund/return process. 

In case of a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) all sales are final. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
